Welcome to Craftmommy. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Craftmommy is a small, home-based business located in Pickering, Ontario, offering personalized products, handmade items, craft supplies, DTF and UV DTF products, custom apparel, gifts and other customized products.

1. Website Use
All content appearing on www.craftmommy.ca, including photographs, product images, graphics, logos, designs, text, descriptions, pricing, and other materials, is provided for the use of Craftmommy customers and visitors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use Craftmommy's original content, photographs, artwork, branding, designs, or written materials without prior written permission.
Craftmommy reserves the right to update, modify, remove or discontinue website content, products, services, prices or promotions at any time.
2. Product Information & Custom Orders
Because many Craftmommy products are handmade, personalized or produced specifically for an individual customer, minor variations in colour, placement, sizing, texture and appearance may occur.
Colours displayed on computer monitors, phones and other devices may differ slightly from the actual product.
For personalized or custom products, customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, wording, images, colours, sizes and other information provided before production.
Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Craftmommy is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.
3. Customer-Provided Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use any artwork, photographs, logos, names, characters, trademarks or other materials submitted to Craftmommy for printing or customization.
By submitting artwork or other materials, the customer confirms that they have permission to use and reproduce the submitted material for the requested purpose.
Craftmommy does not claim ownership of artwork supplied by customers.
However, Craftmommy retains ownership of its own original designs, artwork, photographs, templates, branding, logos, graphics and other intellectual property.
Craftmommy reserves the right to refuse a request that appears to infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
4. Payments
Payment terms are displayed at checkout or provided to the customer before an order is processed.
For custom work, payment or the required deposit must be received before production begins.
Craftmommy reserves the right not to begin designing, printing, producing or ordering materials for a custom order until the required payment has been received.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other applicable fees will be displayed or communicated as required.
5. Custom Design Approval
When a customer requests a personalized design, Craftmommy may provide a digital proof or design preview when applicable.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing any proof provided before approving production.
Once a proof has been approved, Craftmommy may proceed with production based on that approval.
Craftmommy is not responsible for customer-approved spelling, wording, colour, placement or design errors.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Craftmommy is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, lost or delayed scans, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of Craftmommy's control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, tariffs or other charges imposed by the destination country.
7. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Pickering, Ontario, according to the pickup arrangements provided at the time of purchase.
Pickup details, including the specific pickup location, may be provided after an order has been confirmed and payment requirements have been satisfied.
For safety and privacy reasons, Craftmommy does not publicly display its residential pickup address.
Customers should not arrive at the pickup location without an arranged pickup time.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Custom Products
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for return or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind.
This does not limit any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Craftmommy as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the issue.
Each situation will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable law and Craftmommy's posted policies.
9. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their products.
Failure to follow recommended care instructions may result in damage, fading, peeling, cracking or other changes to the product.
Craftmommy cannot guarantee the performance or lifespan of a product that has been improperly cared for, washed, heated, exposed to chemicals, scratched, dropped or otherwise misused.
10. Website Accuracy
Craftmommy makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on the website are accurate.
However, errors, omissions, typographical mistakes, colour differences or technical issues may occasionally occur.
Craftmommy reserves the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.
If an error affects an order that has already been placed, Craftmommy will contact the customer and provide appropriate options where required by law.
11. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts and sale prices may be subject to specific terms, expiration dates, quantity limitations or product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Craftmommy reserves the right to end or modify a promotion where permitted by law.
12. Website Security & Fraud Prevention
Craftmommy reserves the right to review, hold, cancel or refund orders where there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment methods, suspicious ordering behaviour, payment disputes, or other security concerns.
Additional verification may be requested before a suspicious order is processed.
Protecting our customers and our small business from fraudulent transactions is important to us.
13. Privacy
Craftmommy respects the privacy of its customers.
Personal information collected through the website may include information such as name, email address, billing and shipping information, telephone number, order information and information necessary to process payments and fulfill orders.
Personal information is used for legitimate business purposes, including processing orders, communicating with customers, providing customer service, fulfilling purchases, shipping products, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations.
Craftmommy does not sell customer personal information.

By placing an order or contacting Craftmommy, you may receive communications necessary to process your order or respond to your inquiry.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable Canadian anti-spam and privacy laws.
You may unsubscribe from promotional communications where an unsubscribe option is provided.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Craftmommy will not be responsible for losses, delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, technical failures, incorrect customer information, third-party service interruptions, or other events outside Craftmommy's reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove, restrict or waive any rights a consumer has under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
17. Changes to These Terms
Craftmommy may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The most current version will be posted on www.craftmommy.ca with the applicable update date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
